Course Fee Discount Scheme
To encourage engineers to make charity contributions and to upkeep themselves
through CPD courses, monetary donations to charity can be used to cover part or
whole of the course fee. Details are:
a) A discount of either the donated amount or the course fee amount, whichever is
lesser, will apply on presentation of the official donation receipt.
For example, if the donation is $500,
Please enclose the official receipt when submitting the course application form. It
will be returned after vetting.
b) The discount scheme applies to donations made under the name of individual
course participants to Hong Kong registered charitable organizations only.
c) Only one receipt can be used for one course.
d) The donation was made within one year of the course date.

- You only have to pay $100 if the course fee is $600; or
- You do not have to pay at all if the course fee is $480
